Amanda Paige Burkhard, MBA, is a marketing and analytics expert, currently managing a team of user acquisition managers and analysts for children’s educational company Age of Learning, Inc. Her 11 years of marketing experience includes 5 years in the food and beverage industry including first-hand experience as a barista for the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Amanda Paige will apply these experiences along with the entrepreneurship education from UCSD Rady Executive MBA, to oversee overall operations management, organizational strategy, marketing, and financial forecasts.

Academically augmented with courses in managerial accounting and taxes, he successfully started and managed two multimedia production companies from 2009 until 2016. Ryan will oversee business operations when it applies to taxes, business licensing, corporatization, and applications.

Daniel will be managing the brand design, social media presence, and consulting on operations.

He has spent the last 6 years as a corporate trainer and opener for the Gen Korean BBQ chain, opening a total of 5 restaurants all over the world including locations in Northern California, Texas, Hawaii, and The Philippines. Sean will be the main store manager overseeing day-to-day operations, inventory, staff management, and training.
